ive had arguments about what genre this before.... to me it is much closer to electro than dubstep simply because of the sound and the uniform pattern of the bassline. it would fit equally well into a dubstep or electro set, and i agree the beat, especially the hats and snares is very dubsteppy... but a lot of house genres are using more irregular beats like this. either way genre warriors suck, if this is classed as pop or death metal i still love it!!

just made this the first track of a new electro / jackin house mix, played it at 130BPM rather than 136 and i must say, the bass is so deep and the vocals so eeire that it sounds amazing !! im only 24 so it might be a little hypocritical (age wise atleast) but people need to learn that speeding a tune up doesnt make it any better (most of the time, obviously certain tracks sound really good 5 or 10 bpm above the norm) the best way a DJ can capture the crowd is by creating an atmosphere !!!
