@PanicAtTheAmanda In some leagues they are, in others they are not. Go read the rules for the league u r playing in. For example, it is legal in the ISF rules.

@PanicAtTheAmanda actually that's not an illegal pitch. When you start you have to have both feet on the mound. I've been playing ever since i was 4. My caoch used to be a pitcher and she went all the way through college and I also went to a college pitching camp and they said that it wasn't illegal. I'm 14 and I play travel softball. (I pitch almosti identical to her)

uhmm, im a travel starting pitcher.. this is not how you throw one. the girls speed is like slow, shes not lounging and getting the ball gripped tight, you can obvisouly tell shes nervous and the coach is idoitc if thats his all star pitcher.. im 15 and i throw 60mph and the akron racers coach is wanting me to play a scrimmage game with them soo the coach needs help, not only him but the pitcher.



i play travel softball and im 13 and that is an illigeal pitch her back foot is comming off of the rubber.... great teacher,
