Scott Joplin may have written this rag on piano, but man! does it sound right on banjo.

What kind of banjo do you use? I know it's a tenor on this one but what company makes them? I'd like to get into banjo playing. What other good companies are there?

Hi.
This is a "Richelieu" banjo- a "Ne Plus Ultra", made in Wisconsin. You could check out "Ome", or "Deering" or "Goldtone" banjos as well.

The tuning I use is standard tenor banjo tuning: C,G,D,A, with "A" being the high note. Tim Allan
