This is a 1958 4 door Plymouth Belvedere that I saw advertised on Kijiji. It was listed as just a 1958 Plymouth. I call it a Fury in the vid. My bad! I had Christine on the brain & gapped. I still wasn't sure what model it was at first but found the badging in the glove compartment. This was originally from Alberta. The guy selling it, had it for 5 years & already did the ownership change to Ontario. He has too many projects on the go so, he's selling a couple of project cars. I really want this car!

  • @aleangelo That's Canadian dollars. I live in Ontario, Canada just about an hour north of Toronto, Ontario. When I bought the car, the Canadian dollar was worth the same as the American dollar. A lot of cars that were built in Canada were for the Canadian market only, like the Dodge Mayfair, which looks like my car with a different front end. A Fury is hard to find anywhere now. There are still some sitting in farmers fields & old junkyards but, no one is allowed to touch them.Very sad,Cheers!

  • @aleangelo @thisisunreal1 ok... but was very cheap than you buy here!! in my money...imagine!!! $ 1100 a Plymouth....my God..lol, i paied in my 54 belair for you have a ideia 6.000 dollar ( to fix !!!) body...paint...internal...was very cheap for you! is another kind of car...more bealtifull, more full..more "bad" lol, so, you live close Toronto...Man!! a have a friend, she lives here in Brazil...but she is in vacations studing and working in Toronto...can you believe? do you know Akzo nobel?

  • In the novel Christine was a four door. King did not know the Fury was only available in two door. Perhaps this was the cart he had in mind when he was writing the book. Which, in the end, worked out for the better. Now we can consider Christine to be a car from a parallel universe, possibly once driven by a Low Man. I think to make an actual custom four door Christine would be awesome and original.

  • @thisisunreal1 do you have a email??

  • Love it. Great deal.

  • @Overpair I hear ya but, everyone & his grandma has built a "Christine" style car. 2 doors are way harder to come by & nowadays, builders are pretty trashed. This car is solid, spent it's life in salt free Alberta & other than the interior, will need minimal work to cruise the streets again. Cheers!
