Bob's North American Specification Rover 3500 (SD1). A very rare car in the US, having only sold around 1200 in 1980/81. This particular one is in superb condition, finished in persian aqua and has a manual gearbox (as most sold in the US do!).
Love your Rover! Too bad they're so hard to find in the states. Do you have issues getting parts for it? I own what is believed to be the rarist production Jaguar ever (76 XJ12C) and sometimes it's a bear trying to get parts for it!
There's one of those runnning around here still; San Diego is the oddball car capitol of the world: Peugeots, Renault, old VW's, Fiats, Alfa Romeos, and even a couple of Citroens

I had one of those in White, an Automatic with a Sun roof, the windshield leaked and every time it rained the glove boxes would fill up with water
