  • I find that if you run while being chased by the cops compared to jogging while being chased by mall security, you can notice HUGE leaps in performance and weight loss.

    Hi wicked, my friends in college and I tried interval training and it really works for us more than just plain jogging.

    Our method is 30 by 60, sprint 30seconds and jog 60seconds and repeat process for x6 times.

    Interval is awesome!

  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost lots of weight with it.

  • @pprinceton11 i did in about 5-6 months, as for the calories you should take in try to keep it around the 1700-1900 mark, just knock snacks on the head and eat proper meals
