@bierbuik For example look at last years Champions League match. Manchester United could not keep up with Barca. The were constantly being pressured by Pedro, Villa and Messi. Not a moments rest.

@bierbuik Barcelona players cover more ground than any other team. Their work rate is at a much higher level than even Madrid. Look at when they don't have the ball how everyone is moving towards the ball. Ibra wasn't willing work that hard. The style seems slow much the movement of the players and their decision making moves at a faster pace than most teams. Compared to Zlatans time with Juve and Inter Italian Barcelona play at a much faster pace. Look at how much work Villa does.

@ganjalord High pace??? Barcelona play a very low paced, technical, tikki takka style witj short passing and lots of movement in close quarters. How can you not know this lol??

I am can't say that Ibrahimovic was a flop because he did score 21 goals in 41 appearances in all matches for Barca. He also had 9 assists. That's 30 goals that he is responsible for. However his work rate was poor, he couldn't rise to the occasion when it mattered eg.versus Inter Champions League and he scored most of his league goals in the earlier half of the season. Zlatan was at Ajax so he should played better within the system but he just wasn't used to played at such a high pace.

@rickardjandersson or the fact that Messi is 6 years younger than the Swede, Guardiola has to baby him so he doesn't leave, or how about the fact that Messi has been with Barcelona since he was 12.
