I attended an anniversary party for Cutting Records back in 1987 and Louie was the DJ. He was playing freestyle, but he was burning up the decks back then. Both technically and rythnically. With house music, he is absolutely the best. Many people don't see what he does when he is spinning, making his own remixes on the fly. He is tryly genious... that's why he is still around.
