Well, it got a response but not an answer.
Brown could cut petrol tax temporarily as a short-term solution to the rising cost at the pump, which itself is just based on speculation that's sending the oil barrel price higher.
And in any event, as soon as that oil barrel price increases, so does the pump price - despite the fact they'll have stocks that's got to last some time.
When the oil barrel price does drop, it'll take forever to show at the pump - certainly won't be as quick!

Because it's the same lazy practice that broadcasters use when they're trying to be trendy. You get the point across fine by just doing a piece to camera. It's a question about tax on petrol, not a pop video.
