@therealhomor god i fucking hate when then make the dead heros come back. it messes up the story and makes me not want to read it anymore. Plus the explainations to how to hero came back are usually illiogical and don't make much sense

I find this whole thing a load of BS, along with the people saying its symbolic of whats going on or changing times. Captain America, just like our flag, stands above any one party or whatever sect of the government is in power.

Its about the ideals and meanings of our being rather than whatever jack ass is in office. Cap dying was a sham - along with the ridiculous answers given as a reason.

Ed Brubaker originally intended to keep Steve dead. But the fans whined and bitched about Bucky for 2 years. I'm a huge comic fan and it drives me nuts when other fans bitch about having to read the same thing over and over when they can't handle big changes to bring about new and exciting stories.

cap. america was awesome but the comic tells alot about the sociaty coupled with final crisis and blackest night i think people have become corrupt not their essence per say but their mind familys are not as close as they should be and people lake that warmth and clearness like a polished diamond people aren't as open as they should be or maybe its just cause i know the lights their but its covered up.

No one ever stays dead in comic books thats part of the problem the readers have caught onto the greedy publishers little tricks of the trade and realize that nothing the writers or artists do has any real effect ir lasting impact now days they just turn around and reboot or relaunch and clean the slate.....and all was for naught.

Well it is the Marvel universe, being that having supposably advance technology and not to mention magic and all that, any character killed in anyway can be brought back. Like the whole marvel zombie universe. Like Marvel can come up with some device that fires a laser to the super zombies and it brings them back to normal. Things like that to resuurect a fallen hero.
