This is Bruce's 362nd consecutive day protesting at the Capitol. Certainly, a mere 10-degrees at rally time and 25 mph wind on the Uprising First anniversary wasn't going to slow him down. Usually a "two sign" carrier, today his Uprising multiplex included a half dozen signs, Fox News memorial broadcast palm trees, and patriotic pinwheels.
