I hope they caught the person who was in such a hurry. It's unbelieveable how little some people care about others. I've had cages cut me off and slam on the brakes. So far, I've been lucky. It's as if some people just don't think we should be allowed on the road. Or that we are "asking for it".

@FlyingPrairieDog - Thank you for your kind words. I dont want to discourage people from riding. I myself am still riding occasionally on a trike. I just want people to realise that when something happens to a rider it doesn't just affect them, it affects everyone who cares about them.

I'm a sportbike rider an always stop to make sure that a fellow rider is okay! If there is no emergency personnel on scene, I make sure that the helmet is not removed for anything. Being in my car or on the bike, I feel that 4 wheels or 2 should help another out! We are all human and are just living our lives just as anyone else. Please be courteous to 2 wheels just as I'll be courteous to your family! Everybody has a family to go home to! My heart goes out to you & you're family Ride safe PPL!
