Please respond - is this more effective on preventing wrinkles than putting the suit in a hanging garment/dry-cleaning bag and then laying that gently into the bag? I have a 3 piece suit and a few nice tops, and I really don't want them to wrinkle!

In the first 20 seconds the narrator says it is a 21 inch carry on. Later he says it is a 22 inch carry on. As ther is a real difference, which is it? Confusing!
