I got my Tongue done less than 24 hours ago.The piercer did it free hand.I talk funny right now,but at least I can eat.For everyone who is having difficulty eating,I have a great tip.Place a teaspoon so that the hollow side(side that food goes in) place the hollow side over the piercing to protect it.This way you dont bite the piercing,and food will not get on the fresh wound.Then place soft tiny pieces of food in the back of your mouth,and swallow.I had small pieces of Ham this way.Works great!

@bitchkilla0102 Basically it's the fastest healing piercing, and it's REALLY hard to get an infection. so that's if you don't take care of it. clean it properly, you'll be fine :)
yes it will hurt, but it just feels like a pinch.

Advanced piercers can free hand the procedures. Before forceps were available everyone had to train to do it free hand. So the fact that he doesn't need one makes him a fantastic piercer.

The piercing placement varies depending on the clients tongue, everyone has a different shape so every placement is different.
