  • @TirumphantAce OK, I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the critique. Yea, I might try 460 and see where it leads me.

  • @DreadfulControversy I'd say you do a damn good job of keeping you chest out and back arched until the very last couple of reps on the 425x3. Your form faltered a bit, but that is bound to happen sometimes. The idea is to eventually minimize it as much as possible.

I didn't realize you'd already done 440. In that case, you must be pretty good at working with maximal weight. I think 460 is a distinct possibility.

  • @oratorman Only lift that hasn't failed me.....Yet

  • @TirumphantAce I deadlifted 440 in August. Going for 460 in 2 weeks. But thanks for the tips and stuff.

  • @TirumphantAce It's higher, I deadlifted 440 in August with ease. Check my videos. I might go for 460 after my last week of light back.

But thanks a lot, I'll keep that in mind. I try to make sure my back is up and not rounded.

  • Very very nicely done. Looks like your max is somewhere in the ball park of 440-445. Your strength is increasing at a precipitous rate.

Your form has also improved greatly. Just work on keep those hips down and that back flat; you are really making excellent strides my friend.
