  • Micah....i did your leg routine this morning and the 500 reps took me 1 1/2 hours...but, the interesting part was when I got to leg curls I started to cramp up( I stretched my legs--and finished the workout)...Many thanks for this routine...will use from now on...

  • I do stiff leg deads for my hams every leg workout, and have been doing them for at least 10 years, but have never tried doing the exercize with my feet wide apart as demonstrated in this video (I always do them with my feet six inches apart). Interesting. I'll have to give it a try.

  • Leg day is my favorite, I love the "jelly legs" you get after a great workout. I will have to give this one a try when ever I get a chance seems Killer!!

  • This looks hard as hell. But it also looks do-able. This time last year, I would never have even thought of trying this. Thanks for your videos - they've helped me come a long way since last year!
