down syndrome have slow learn daily late because my family member have that too but not matter if they not deaf or hearing just still use sign language not easy to understand use speak voice ..I already experience with them depend on down syndrome able to talk some dont.

but why sign language? he doesn't seem to have any hearing impairement; kids with down syndrome can learn a lot without using sign language with them
