  • zo ongeloofelijk mooi

  • @texaska20 You're right, it's Flemish, Sarah Bettens is from Belgium.

  • Let’s dance, my love Dance by sea Let’s dance, my love Dance by sea A goodbye waltz, by the waterline Dance by sea One for your tears Two for mine Three, for the horizon On which we disappear You know well, who I was Waving with my coat My arms wide and empty And a heart that silently screamed That kept desiring more Of the warmth on your cheek.
  • rough transalation. Dancing by sea There, already my ship arrives I look from the beach Writing in the sand I’m done with that Cause the letters of your name Disappear in the sand But the laws of the land Don’t apply on the sea So I’ll take your name with me Wish me a farewell And forgive me, that out loud I count all the steps
  • @texaska20 it's flemish ;)

  • @AnyDriverTV She is singing about saying goodbye and using sailing, sea, the beach as metaphor. The song in english is called Dancing at the sea Hope this helps :)

  • @texaska20 The singer, Sarah Bettens, is Flemish though, and she speaks/sings Dutch in a Flemish accent. Flemish and Dutch are alike in basically the same way that British and American English are alike. Different accents and only a few words that the others do not understand.
