Here is Christopher's exhibition performance to the Rolling Stones. This reminds you of what an entertaining skater he was. He will be sadly missed by skating fans everywhere.

  • Christopher was an amazing person and a great skating coach. I"d like to thank him for everything he has taught me. May you rest in peace Chris!

  • THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER BOWMAN!!!

  • I got to meet Chris in LA many years ago.His neighbor was my hubby's friend.I still have the pix of us and he was so nice.Chris is now in a better place.

  • He lived life to the fullest! RIP Chris!

  • I miss him. Thanks for this performance.

  • I love this performance!! I can't hear "Honky Tonk Woman" without thinking of Chris. He will be sorely missed.

  • I was at that particular Worlds, and this is maybe my favorite Chris moment of all. I'll miss him more than I can say

  • When I heard that Chris had died, I came to youtube to search out THIS particular performance. I can't listen to the Stones without thinking of this piece. God Chris, you were taken too soon.. you will be missed horribly. You meant something HUGE to me back then, I wanted you so badly and could feel how much the sport meant to you. I hope you are in a better place- free flying and at peace. You were loved, so much; know that.

  • "I guess his only problem is that he doesn't have an ego." So true. A genuinely nice guy, maybe too nice for figure skating. And YES, what a cutie! Both Viktor Petrenko and that Philippe Candoloro creature tried to do similar interactions with the audience, but it always rang staged and false to me. With Christopher, it was genuine. RIP.

  • What a cutie! This guy was one of the best performers EVER, a true original, and I hope his talent and legacy are recognized somehow at US Nationals later this month.
