Test run

Testrunning my homemade electric car. Capable of about 6kw output and higher but limited to 5kw for overheat protection. Individual brushless outrunner motors for each rear wheel, powered by two carbatteries. Range on one charge calculated to about 40km. Top speed limited to 60km/h (40mph), with torque enough for burnouts. Testrun was cut short by a crash resulting in some damage to the car and a broken foot, meaning it was awesome! =)

I run the motors on 24v, there is another battery under the seat.
