it's called the GPWS, ground proximity warning system. Most of the payware models come along with it.

this cockpit voice when landing indicating the distance like 500, 300 and so on. how is it called in pilot language and does anybody know if you kan activate it on fsx?

Landing isnt a problem with runways. Taking off is. A 747 can land on many small runways.

never seen a747 land on 24 r. at lax. that the shorter runway.

The 200F is a cargo variant, there's plenty of them...

this must be old, there arent much 747-200 models left. mostly 300 or 400 variants
