I have a couple episodes written that I haven't posted yet.
Please comment. It makes a HUGE difference. It really does. It's what inspires me.
Should I post the other episodes? Orrr, think of something else?
And it gets better, I'm just trying to form a story, here. :))
Thanks a bunch:)
xoxo.

The next day Joe called. My heart started beating faster and faster until I couldn't feel it anymore.
"Who's that?" My best friend asked. Being this dishonest to her killed me, I just.. ugh. Still, would she even believe me?
Still, I ignored her. "I'll be right back" and went into the bathroom.
As my thumb pressed the button 'answer' on my touch-screen phone, I freaked out on what would happen next.
"Hello" I answered, my heart was beating so fast.
"Hey" he said. This was all a dream to me.
"Hey, you called" I smiled, I could feel my cheeks getting warm.
"Yeah. You wanna meet somewhere?" he asked.
"Definitely." I answered, not even thinking.
"Ok awesome. It has to be somewhere on the down low, cause with the fans and everything" he said, he sounded happy.
"Have any place in mind?" Weird, I've never had any problems like this with other boyfriends.
"Um, how about the park?" he suggested.
"That kind of defeats the purpose of the whole 'on the down low', right?" I tried to figure out.
"Righttt. Uhm, how about under the bridge on 23rd street?" he suggested again. How did he know all these streets? He lived on the other side of the country.
"Sure. Ten minutes?" I asked. I hope this all works out.
"Yeah. I'll see you then" he said and clicked off. I hung up the phone and held it to my chest and sighed.
I came out of the bathroom and Abby had her eyes glued on me.
"Who was that?" she asked, following me as I got my jacket.
"A friend. That I met back in middle school. You don't know them" I hated lying to her. "I swear I'll be back within an hour"
"Uh, ok, that's fine" she flopped on the couch and turned the tv on.
I ran out the door and walked down the sidewalk. Ok, 20th, 21st, 22nd, I counted down the streets.
Within' fifteen minutes I was almost to the bridge, and I saw someone sitting under it playing a piece of grass.
I started walking, in an angle where the person couldn't quite see me, and walked up to him.
"Hi" I said happily.
He looked up and then stood. "Hey, I'm so sorry that it has to be like this. This isn't really my idea of a date" he smiled. My heart melted.
"No, no it's fine. I'm from Chicago, I'm used to this kind of stuff" I laughed a little.
He laughed also. "Haha ok." He started to walk.
"So" I looked up at the sky.
"So." Joe paused. "Anything I need to know about you? Murderer or anything? Cause I'd really appreciate it."
I laughed. "No, no. Nothing like that." I paused. "But there's one thing."
"Yeah?" he looked at me like I meant something to him. C'mon, I hardly knew the guy.
"My friend, Abby, she doesn't know." I looked down.
He looked surprised. "Oh." he paused. "Why not?"
"Uhm. It's kind of a long story."
"I have time" a smile grew on his face.
I smiled also. "haha ok." I paused.
"Ok, she's in love with you. Unbelievably in love with you. And, in all honesty... she forced me to that concert last week. I didn't really listen to you guys till then. And, if she found out, she'd freak out, scream, and beg to meet you. Don't get me wrong, I love her, but... I just don't think it would work right now. And she's going to KILL me once she finds out" I kicked a stone into the street while I walked.
"Oh, I see" that's all he said. He seemed to be thinking. He seemed like the kind of person that didn't say much outside, kept it all up inside. Maybe I should try that.
We walked about a block before I broke the silence.
"So, what made you ask me out. I mean, I know you don't go around giving your number out" I looked at him.
He laughed. "Maybe I do. Maybe I'm just that desperate." he laughed again.
"And why did I ask you out? Honestly? Cause there was this feeling I got when I looked in your eyes in the coffee shop" he paused. I think he was worrying if he was being too honest.
"Hmm, weird"
"What?" Joe asked.
"I had the same thing" I nodded.
"Well then. I'm not totally insane" he smiled.
I laughed.
"Let's get some coffee."

:)
Thanks for reading.
xoxo
