  • @wandererstraining

Hi there. i just went into the website...its under equilibre - podiums. but to tell you the truth unless you r planning to perform, i wouldn't go for these canes who. by fare the best invesent would be wooden blocks that are very cheap and easy to make. Not to mention easy to carry around. once you.master the floor and the blocks you will be able to do what ever you want, anywhere...

  • Where do you get rotating canes or how do you make them?

  • @Keiloces

The rotating apparatus is on top of the cane, and consists of a one directional swivel.

I got mine through a French company called: unicycle.fr

  • man i'm starting practising one-arm handstand, but every try my wrist hurts a lot, any tips?

  • @inofen

It's hard to say with out actually seeing the HS, but I would say that you should invest a little more in optimizing your two arm HS before attempting to work on the one arm... Generally speaking wrist pain is a sign of a technical mistake...

  • Hello! very good sence of balance. I wanted to ask if you built the canes by yourself? I really want to start training with them :)

  • @MrZenzubel

I built the canes at a metal shop.

you can purchase similar one from French company called: unicycle.fr

  • Coach, awesome as always and you continue to inspire..now the one arm from my hands :)

    Awesome work buddy!!

  • Awesome. I tried to load unicycle.fr, but the server can't seem to respond at the moment. Do they have a very wide price scale for their canes? I have handmade ones, but professionally made ones feel better, are more stable and the blocks are better leveled, so it doesn't matter what way I use them. So if it's not too expensive, I'd really like to get well-made ones. :)

  • is that the "half-animal" guy behind you?

  • @jube73 well i can hold for more than one minute with two hands, should i keep practicing two handed? or can i start one-handed?

If you want i can upload a video so you can see the form

    thanks

  • Ure level of talent is unreal.
