  • When people achieve power through politics free market dogmatists say they are evil. However, when conservtive dogmatists achieve power through the private sector then they are somehow righteous. Personally, I believe people are people and power is power and politician are no worse than businessmen. Actually, with rare exception, there is evil in all of us.

  • True, but if you don't understand what our founding fathers were doing when they created a constitutional government with a limited central government, where the states individual governments held the majority of the power. Where the rights of the individual was the most sacred, and men were allowed to achieve success on their own terms, and that a rich man in the private sector does not control other men...only Hires them. If you don't agree with that, you are in the wrong country.

  • Ahhh While I am not in support of strong government, when business are left unchecked they will grow exponentially in power. How about we take a combination of idea and hit the grey, nto the black, not the white. Lets force banks to put 5% of their reserve in utilitarian funds. Like nuclear power. This way directly we help technology(which i believe to the be the single greatest human tool vs. chaos) but will cause the human greed to want to help a good purpose i. e . ushering in a golden age.

  • it won't stop there, never does, if we give 5% for nuclear power, the left will say surely we can spare another 5% for universal health care, and another 10% to fight "Global Poverty", the truth is every government program is littered with corruption and red-tape. The less government, the better our lives will be.

"when business are left unchecked they will grow exponentially in power. "

No, that's not true...Corporatism, and "Special Interests" in congress are at fault, not markets

  • Music is too loud, message is great

  • The day is fast approaching when we'll have to admit, "It's too late". The system the founding fathers established was under threat the day it was created and we've let it slip from our grasp. Now we're falling. Falling fast into the pit of history in which you find all lost empires. The problem is that we still think we have time to do something to change the fact of our circumstance and some how reverse course. It's been too late for 80 years.

  • what we are looking at is the death of america. we are looking at an attempt to bring about a socialist system in the us to lock down the american people in a "serf" type system. i do belive that there is a revolution on the way, we have time to reverse this but it is going to take a lot of time to fix this mess that we have gotten ourselves into. we need to go back and read and learn what this country was based on if we don't then america is truely dead and a civil war will be fought

  • I prefer the word die.

  • the weak companies should die.
