Falcon 4.0 Allied Force Tutorial Flameout Restart and Expidited Landing Procedures

Short narrated tutorial video on how to restart the jet, mid-air, after flameout, with an expidited landing without an ATC protocol violation.

Video was captured using the "Landing Final Approach" default training mission included with the sim.

Flameout typically occurs during combat when you have a very close encounter with an SA-7, 14 or 16 that has detonated very near the aircraft. It is recoverable in some cases if the "restart" procedure can be implemented in time. Practicing in advance can prepare you well for this rare occurence, cut down the panic level, and save an airframe for later use in your campaign.
