drow has the coolest voice in the game

1) Drow: from Dungeons and Dragons. not undead. so in this sense, Traxex isn't undead.
2) Sylvanas Windrunner: original character in Warcraft3 and WC3-Frozen Throne. Traxex, Windrunner, and Krobelus (Sylvanas' soul which was revived by Arthas before she became an undead elf in the Froze Throne installment) is based-off from her (sprite, skills, sound, character design). in this sense, Traxex is an undead high elf.
i guess in WC3, she's undead. but IceFrog wanted her to be a Drow, so whatever.

@Gundude5 Uhh, no actually, Drow litterally came from Dungeons and Dragons and therefore she's a Dark Elf, moreover she came from the Underdark, also the capital city of Dark Elves, plz do not mistaken Drow for Sylvanas Windrunner
