what's the performance and handling like on the bocian? its not a type i know much about. The only SZD's ive ever flown are the puchacz and junior.

The Bocian 1D is an 18 metre glider with a large wing area, so climbs well in thermals. Otherwise quite similar performance to a K13 except it flies a bit slower. We regularly fly it cross-country.
