I loved my freezy freakies!! You weren't cool unless you had them hahaha! I really beat the crap out of mine digging thru snow making my big tunnels :) Ah such fun.. They need to bring them back!

YES! My boots had little hearts on them that changed color in the snow!! Gosh, I loved those things!! Excuse me while I weep for my youth;) lol

I loved these gloves so much, but when I mention them to somebody else that grew up in the 80's, they have no idea what I'm talking about. So disturbing lol My gloves had hearts appear when it was cold. Geez, I wish there was a time machine :')

We had them, but we called them "Freaky Freezies". lol. I think the later ads might've had cartoon penguins as the spokespersons (spokesanimals?), I could be wrong. Or maybe there were penguins on our gloves? Either way, when I think Freaky Freezies, I think cartoon penguins. ^_^ But now that I think of it, I think ours had air balloons on them...

Honestly not sure if they were Freezy Freakies or perhaps another brand (if there was another), but I had a pair of snow boots that changed color when they got cold. I ~LOVED~ those boots!!! I wish they still had things like that today - and for adults too. ;) I would so still wear them! I miss the 80's!

Oh man! I had a pair of shiny green ones with the creature scales that would appear on the back-hand part of the gloves when it got cold. I was the only kid in the 5th grade with a pair of these. I WAS THA SHIT!!! How I miss the good ole 80's!
