wuuuuuaaaaa, i am going to freak out. starting to reinstall, remove and/or fix cydia since 2 days now. I cant reinstall it directly from cydia cause cydia crashes on launching. White icon i still there. fuckathis.

For those with untethered versions I fixed mine by:
1: Open cydia
2: Tap on "Manage" at the bottom
3: Tap on Packages (1st one) then "Cydia Installer"
4: Tap on "Modify" at the top right
5: Tap on "reinstall"
