Eating the ham doesn't make the game unwinnable. You can use a sword alternatively (not to spoil anything) but you get less points.

I guess you could say that Dracula had a Stake in your quest <_<

Bad jokes aside, good job taking out the Count. That's one less enemy to have in the future. Always stake them in their sleep before they have a chance to even learn of your existence, that's the way real heroes kill...wait. : /
