The clip came from the movie "Thank You for Smoking." The character is a spokes person for cigarettes. On a daily basis he enjoys the challenge of twisting people's words to make him out to be the good guy.
You should watch the movie.

I'm addicted to typography. Now I want to make my own but I don't know how to get good audio samples... Can you give me some tips?

Sorry, I don't have any tips. This is just a crappy recording of the dvd from my mac's internal mic. I'm sure, there are ways to rip audio from a dvd, but I don't know what they are off the top of my head.
