Cocina Express: Empanadas de masa filo

Para darle un toque diferente a este 18 de septiembre, la chef Giulietta Colombo enseña a preparar unas ricas empanadas de pollo, puerros y queso mozzarella, con masa filo.

Ingredientes (para 14 personas)
Para el relleno:
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 pechuga de pollo, picada fina
3 puerros, su parte blanca, picados finos
1/3 taza de queso mozzarella rallado
Sal y pimienta
Para las empanadas:
400 g de masa filo
1 taza de mantequilla clarificada derretida
