Im hoping to join the Cadets Scheme in a couple of years as im currently finishing my GCSE's i have about 5 h hours in light aircraft (supermonk, super cub and a cessna 152) and i have lots of gliding experience im currently solo and working on my bronze badge and i am also checked off on aerobatics do you think this is good for joining.

i have no experiance and im hopeing to join ctc..i applied today!!!!!
if u have ppl u should def get in..but previous flying experiance is not needed

Not at all!
You only get in if you meet the criteria. Having a PPL is like having a Degree in Horticulture for a Stockbroker job, if you have bad habits. It is the person and their passion, the advantage of a PPL is very marginal if at all.
