Not that I don't believe that full spectrum lighting is probably better for you than regular fluorescent lights but, this is certainly an infomercial to sell the "Energy Light". Watch closely and experiment yourself - the doctor's "free" hand provides leverage by pushing on the man's opposite shoulder to keep the arm strong. Notice how lax his hand is when the arm appears weak. Try it with a friend!

A friend of mine is suffering eyestrain, headaches, fatigue. He has noticed that it is definitely linked to the multiple flourescent ceiling tubes in his govt office.

In Youtube I could find no videos of the pioneer Dr. John Ott researcher in this field, but happily discovered this excellent Jerry Teplitz short documentary on full spectrum lighting.
