David Wenner teaches you the basic ideas behind the Jury Bias Model™. Everyone has certain beliefs, feelings and attitudes that lend themselves to decision making. These ideas are deeply ingrained in the juror's psyche, and it is unrealistic to believe that jurors will be able to put aside their predetermined beliefs and prejudices in deciding your case outcome. With our largely 'tort-reformed' society, many people are conditioned to have negative attitudes towards lawyers, plaintiffs, and awarding damages.
