what i love about this band is CHRISTIAN either u like or not and they reach out to this generation that luv metal like myself and rather hear this just like my buddy down here said rather then burzum or any blk mtl bands thats why is WHITE metal theres no evil in it God get all the praise ven non Christian are playin this God Bless antestor keep bringing this and let everyone no that NORWAY is for Christ bless ure soul :D

@DelMarrrrr white metal is a horrible term for this as well. the atmosphere is dark and the lyrics quite bleak. This whole watered down version of christianity is very dangerous. the modern church has made people think that when they are saved, everything is all happy and joyful. they forget that we are still trapped in this horrid flesh of man. Jesus didnt come to make our lives easier. he made it harder for us. but we have a hope of overcoming our struggles.

I love Antestor! They are great ! I am a Christian myself and I am glad that there are some Christian Black Metal bands out there for those who dont listent to bands like Burzum and Gorgoroth !

Yeah, but the lyrical content is what gives the meaning for most people. Sad but true my friend =D
I do agree, the style and structure is no different, but the meaning for most people is polarized.

Black metal has a LOT of anti-christian connotation. The movement grew on church burnings and paganism/satanism. They don't want to be tied in with that.
Personally, I think the term "unblack" is stupid as well. I much prefer "white metal".

It 'a shame that many people ignore Antestor because of Christian themes. The best band in Melodic Black, in my opinion.
