  • my first show, covered in the dust from dancing and tear-stained at the end of this, 20 years ago, Jerry you still chart the course and steer the ship

  • Oh God what a show this was! I was 16 and this was my first dead show.

    So many happy memories.

Did anyone who was there get their picture taken with the gravestone across the street from the racetrack? (on the other side of route 26)

At the time I never would have thought that 20 years later I would be living close to the speedway but life is funny that way. In fact the place I camped it still there and I go by it everyday.

  • very good quality!

  • It was definitely one of my better shows ever, what with the Maniac air doing the boys right! Tears were flowing after the Dew!

  • First show was in '72, but still had a GREAT time at these shows! Thanks for posting, never thought I would see this again!

  • Not my first show and not my last, but the most fun two shows. Drove 9 hours from Binghamton, NY with 3 good friends. Four people, camping gear and 8 cases of beer to sell in a Dodge Colt (small). Great shows, crowd, camping. Tripped all night in a graveyard after the show one night. I was 23 years old.

  • wow

  • @casadyrocks Texas dragonfly

  • I would trade a year of my life to relive one week back then. Good thing they won't let me I guess. Nostalgia ...

  • @casadyrocks I sure do. I'm glad to hear I wasn't the only one who saw that!

  • Mine.

  • This was an epic show, I was fortunate enough to download a sound board from the archive before they where pulled, one of the best shows I have experienced. Thank You!
