Bruce Norris on Channel 9 News February 2006 Predicting

This was an interview with Channel 9 News in February 2006 after the release of Bruce Norris report, The California Crash. In the report, Bruce predicted the downturn in California real estate and the statics that mattered to him as he decided his strategy for the coming years. This 400 page report has been extremely accurate and his Real Estate Mood-o-Meter has been a fantastic planning tool for The Norris Group. Keep in mind Bruce wrote the report, the "California Comeback," in 1997 predicting the boom in California real estate. Some think he's California's ultimate bear. He's been on the other side too. He looking forward to writing the California Comeback 2. that will largely depend on the coming set of circumstances we get thrown as the government throws solutions at the market.
