it doesn't go from thin to thick and back again, it's just one big, fat, line!

Try different version of Adobe Photoshop CS8

When applying for "stroke path" dont forget to put a check on "Simulate Pressure" before selecting ok. Hope u enjoyed the video.

@norwaywebsolutions i did that, but then it just got more and more transparent at the tips... not more tip-ish..
