  • @tofeeeeee1 if you speak fluent German for example, you can find top paying jobs in London 2-3 times the average job salary, if you plan on staying in London please learn German, it will skyrocket your career! they pay so high because hardly anyone speaks German.

  • @tofeeeeee1 On the money part, living costs are high once you leave campus, as are everywhere in London, and it's not easy to find work locally, the state of the UK economy has gotten worse, and unemployment is at 20 year high, nonetheless the UK is the land of opportunity! I was almost never able to find any work as a student or as a graduate, but there are certain skills that are in high demand, surprisingly I did make money after I left England, through investments there.

  • @DLeprechaun1981 you had professor Stonham? very funny and intriguing professor,

I still remember his test question, I think it was like,

''Whilst working at McDonalds professor Stonham comes in and orders 1 Big Mac AND NOT Big Fries, what should you serve him?'

  • @tofeeeeee1 I went to this university ( 1998 - 2001), it has been quite renovated since that time, I can tell you that life is great both on campus, and the local night life at Uxbridge is fantastic! things may get boring during week days, but night life during Friday / Saturday is very good, it even attracts clubbers from other areas.

Academic life and multicultural students helped me a lot, I met some very interesting people that I wouldn't have been able to meet otherwise

  • living on campus is fucking boring. THATS IT

  • I got accepted at this university. Can anyone who goes here tell me whats its like please (as in pros and cons)? x

  • Was disappointed, nothing, from Professor Stonham and barely one second from the Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department.

  • @Abdulla1993 There is actually a variety of rooms available. Most are single rooms, with an en-suite shower room. Some (the cheaper ones) are single, but shared bathroom. And there are a very small number of apartments, for couples to share.

  • @1xVampirePrincessx1 ure from america and want to come here

  • @Abdulla1993 what did u apply for? i think all rooms are ensuite if u checked on the website..
