this is easy.. any wires can be used. you get zapped if you don't take the battery out, so take it out before you make it. attach the wires to the capacitor and make sure they don't touch. put two holes in the case of the camera where you want them to stick out. put it back into the case and feel the wires through the two holes that you drilled make sure they don't touch or it wont work. it hurts like the zap you get from kinetic electric shock that you get from a trampoline. I made this and the wires fried with only 2 uses. And I shocked myself like 3 times. It didn't hurt much though.

As for the description, you are a retard. It's 3 times the voltage... but it's DC... totally different. 330 volts DC will prolly not kill you, unless you have some sort of heart condition or something. 330 volts AC, on the other hand, you will most likely die, depending on how many amps.
