Music Director Daan Singh on DD

In a rat race, many a times diamonds are frequently discarded and fakes reign supreme. Music Director Daan Singh who passed away in Jaipur on June 19, 2011 was one such gem who despite showing his worth shunned by Bollywood. We present here his interview based prograame telecast on Doordarshan a few years back. The interview was conducted by journalist Ishmadhu Talwar.

Thanks Rajendra ji for uploading this rare video of interview of Late Sh.Daan Singh ji.. his whereabouts were not known to old timer hindi film music lover.. I uploaded his song "pukaro mujhe naam lekar pukaro" on my channel and there I got information that he was in Jaipur and later news of his death posted by Neeraj Mital. a resident of Jaipur... then I chanced upon this video which I circulated amongst youtube friends with the news of his death..sharing sorrow

After going through the interview I was little bit depress depressed , how a talent music director was behaved in the film industry , Dhan singh jee rightly said " isisi ka Naam to Jindagi hai , ju milgay to shukriya , jo na mila to bhee shukriya".
