PLEASE NOTE: The SMS Competition is now over! Check www.keepyoureyeontheball.org to see if you were a winner!

The Keep Your Eye on the Ball campaign was launched in 2000, in association with The FA and The PFA, to raise awareness of male cancers, and funds towards our vital research within the football community.

Teddy Sheringham is the face of our 2009 Keep Your Eye on the Ball campaign. His first call-up was to star in a cheeky commercial to kick-off our Focus Fortnight on Monday 30th March.

  • I would rather be embarrassed than dead. Good Question.

But about the video, it makes sense. And no, it is not embarrasing, it is true. But at least the United Kingdom has cures for cancers, many other countries don't have the money, nor the intelligence to do so.

Mostly the people that say they "can't" get cancer, get it. So any male, or even any female that plays football (or "soccer" I suppose, as they call it in America) should watch out, it CAN happen to you, and this IS important.
