I could have sworn I saw something just like this on a discovery or sci-fi channel special about aliens back in '98 or '99. Does anyone have any inkling of how long this technology has been far enough along to pull of this hover test? I remember the host talking about how this was a secret video, and it looked ALOT like this one.
