Neti Pot Nasal Irrigation

The top of my head hurt for two weeks, then my nose started to hurt like I got punched in the nose. Very strange... I thought it was a pimple on my nose at first until I realized later on that day the pain was spreading over my whole nose and under my eyes. That night, I went to pinch my nose and I felt bubbles moving around in my nose. I could also feel them on the roof of my mouth! I did some research and realized I have a sinus infection. I got up that morning with my nose swollen and red, also very tender to the touch and with a bad headache. I talked to my mom about it, and she reccommded I get the Neti Pot. It's for flushing out your sinuses to encourage them to dry out and heal. So I got it and tried it out today. It's a Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate mixture perfectly balanced to provide the best nasal saline wash for a sinus infection. Although it is far from attractive, I thought it would be fun to record myself using it. Haha! And guess what?? Now later on in the day after I first used it, only the left side of my nose hurts! It is working! Yay No medical bills! But an improved gag reflex, I might add. =p
