Lindsay Lohan cleared her latest legal hurdles Monday without being sentenced to jail, but she will have to do 90 days in rehab, 30 days of community service and see a psychologist for 18 months. (March 18)

rehab? Revoking her driver's license would be a first step since

most of her legal problems seem to stem from driving under the
