From what I've seen, Jeter's always been good with the fans too, but I also think he's a lot less concerned with pleasing everybody than A-Rod so he may sign fewer autographs, I'm not really sure so I can't say. I'm sure he knows that many people seeking autographs only want them so they can sell them on e-bay for profit though, so in that case I'd understand any athlete not wanting to sign many because that kind of stuff is bs.

@NYYanks2003040506 Yeah true there.I just think and then again I could be wrong,but to me after he came out clean and even told people he and Jeter weren't the best of friends who hung out all the time,he seemed to just play better.It was like he got the burden off of his shoulder and felt relief.A buddy of mine always tells me how Jeter won't sign autographs,but you always see A-Rod out there signing for fans.

Yeah, A-Rod has been a great Yankee, regardless of what the idiot pink-hat wearing fans say. No player in any sport is perfect. Jeter has been a great Yankee but even he has had his moments where he shits the bed. I won't even get started on Posada, his postseason performances before 2009 were putrid. But, that's nitpicking, all three guys have meant a lot to the franchise. A-Rod has just handled himself poorly at times so he gets hated on.

@NYYanks2003040506 Excellent response.I thought I was in the minority thinking that.I think they felt threatened by him.But remember one thing,how many times did he win games for them with a clutch home run when they were down to their last out a few years back?And guys like Jeter at the time was batting like 1-21.Alot.Nothing against Jeter,but you can't take away what A-Rod has done for them.
