@echarvalkeem First of all, Nasa's budget is less than one percent of the total US budget. Second of all, the Postal System can't be fixed no matter how much money we pour into it. That's why there's FedEx. Finally, the Apollo missions actually put more money into the US economy then was spent on it. Yes, we do need to keep both feet on the ground, but that doesn't mean we can't look up and dream every now and then.

@echarvalkeem or we could stop putting billions of dollars in the military and pull out troops and stop policing the world. we could save a lot of money and then we could explore and progress humanity instead of fucking it in the ass.
