I own a forester and love it, my 4th Subaru.
It's fulltime 4x4
It's high on the road but only 3050 pounds with low center of gravity.
It gives me 26 miles per gallon
I can seat 5 and have a rear cargo and roof-rack
It lasts over 350,000 miles
And the power is enough to make it exciting without even adding performance mods
And I paid $3150 for a 1-owner 2001.
Show me another car that even gets close.

@uwantsumbeef Also just to add to this comment (gravedigging i know), insurance over here is MUCH cheaper for any forester than for even a base impreza.

@uwantsumbeef im a forester owner myself, and i agree a 100% and hey if u ever wanna go off roading with that thing u dont have to worry bout bottoming out as much as u would with a different model.

Hey, i got a 99 forester L, 2.5 turbo making 265 bhp, i really like how you've got your set up, though i noticed that the air condition you have is digital and was wondering if you forester came stock like that your you had it put in yourself, if so can you tell me were you purchased it since it makes the interior look drastically newer.
