Sgt. Lashley's Letter To Prof. Gates: I Am Not An Uncle Tom

Sgt. Leon Lashley, the African-American cop on scene when James Crowley arrested Professor Henry Louis Gates, writes a letter saying that he is not an "Uncle Tom" and regrets being known as a "black sergeant." He asks Prof. Gates what he can do to make things better, and let him know if he did anything wrong.

Wait this issue of this silly false arrest of Harvard Professor Gates is not a complete false arrest until I mention that "M.I.T." thinks that he was arrested for having a "J.A.M.M.I.N.G" door. Professor Gates needs to improve his "hip hop abilities" to open a "J.A.M." door because based on the lack of being courteous behavior of that police officer, if "white men can't jump they also can't dance".

Uncle Tom Lashley and Aunt Thomasina King are Toms simply for forgetting that White people have never had a race problem in America, but there fellow Black brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, etc. not only have had, but are having now, and (with their Tom assistance) will likely continue to have for quite some time!

Dickhead Crowley may be able to deny being racist (as all Whites do), but what he (or any other Town House Saltine) can't deny is that he violated Mr. Gates' constitutional right!
